Authorities close Point Mugu State Park trails, beaches during another busy weekend

Last Sunday, Mountains Recreation Conservation Authority became one of the first to close all of its trails and parks in Los Angeles and Ventura counties. The state had already closed campgrounds but added parking lots at dozens of beaches and parks to the list. The Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area also closed parking areas.
