USC among 4 SoCal colleges warned to protect Jewish students or face penalties

USC and two other colleges in Los Angeles County and Chapman University in Orange County were among 60 colleges warned Monday by the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights of potential enforcement actions if they do not protect Jewish students on campus.
