Suicide jumper dies shortly after falling from Parking Structure 4

On Thursday evening, a woman died after leaping from the top of Parking Structure #4 on the 1300 block of 2nd Street. It is not yet known if this is the same woman who had been rescued from two previous attempts as both the Police and Fire Departments have not made any statement or comment.
