Self-storage project planned at Watt Avenue property

A multistory project is planned for a long-empty commercial property on Watt Avenue in Arden-Arcade. StorQuest Self Storage is considering a four-story, 700-unit project at 3438 Watt Ave., to replace an existing empty retail building on the site.
