Santa Monica police impound 12 illegal e-Bikes

Officers with the Santa Monica Police Department impounded 12 illegal e-Bikes over the weekend. Although the bikes may look street legal, Santa Monica police say they are not permitted on public roads, bike paths or sidewalks.
