Santa Monica Manhunt Ends With Arrest of Homeless Man Suspected in Officer Shooting, Waymo Attack

A homeless man suspected of shooting two teens in a driverless Waymo vehicle on Sunday was arrested Wednesday after allegedly ambushing and wounding a Santa Monica police officer near the Santa Monica Place mall.
