PayPal to buy L.A. e-commerce startup Happy Returns

PayPal Holdings Inc. is buying another Los Angeles e-commerce startup. The San Jose, California, online payments giant will acquire Happy Returns Inc., the companies announced Thursday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
