Orlando counties fund hundreds of affordable housing units

The city of Orlando has supported 1,493 affordable housing units within city limits, including the 300-unit 52 at Park Apartments by Santa Monica, California-based Lincoln Avenue Communities. That $80.94 million project at 3215 W. Colonial Drive in Orlando is under construction and will be completed by next year.
