Odor Investigation Underway In Downtown Santa Monica

Thursday in the downtown Santa Monica area, according to the Santa Monica Fire Department. The incident was reported about 9 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of Wilshire Boulevard, near 2nd Street, according to fire officials.
