Ocean Water Use Warning Lifts For Swimmers, Surfers In Malibu

An ocean water use warning was lifted Thursday for Malibu Lagoon at Surfrider Beach as several other beaches in Los Angeles County remain under caution, Los Angeles County Department of Public Health officials said.
