New TRIO, El Mirasol restaurants could be part of airport vendor revamp

Two popular Palm Springs restaurants soon could be joining the dining lineup at Palm Springs International Airport. The City Council is set to approve new agreements on Monday with two concessionaires who will oversee an overhaul of the airport's dining and shopping offerings.
