Man in custody after early morning brush fire prompts hourslong closure of PCH in Malibu

A man was taken into custody after a brush fire prompted an hourslong closure on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu Friday morning.  The fire was reported about 5 a.m., burning just off the highway
