LPD: Crash on Highway 359 causing major traffic backup

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - A car crash has been reported along Highway 359 near the intersection of Santa Monica Drive, according to Laredo Police. The crash occurred just before 4:00 p.m., leading to significant traffic buildup and long lines in the area. Authorities say only one lane remains open in both eastbound and westbound directions.
