Lawsuit over fatal Santa Monica Freeway accident dropped

Relatives of a man killed in a 2020 traffic crash in the Pico-Union area have dropped a lawsuit against the driver of a rental car who allegedly rear-ended the vehicle in which the decedent was riding.
