L.A. robber stole Rolex, got no-prison deal from D.A. Now he's accused of killing tourist at mall

A man charged with killing a New Zealand tourist outside Newport Beach's Fashion Island previously pleaded no contest to a felony armed robbery charge, but his prison sentence was suspended.
