LA proposes new wildlife ordinance as activists seek funding boost

LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles Councilman Paul Koretz on Thursday announced the release of the draft Wildlife Pilot Study ordinance, which he requested in a motion that was unanimously approved by the City Council.
