JPMorgan smashes record price in sale of Pat Emery's Franklin Park office campus to Northwood Investors

On Oct. 28 alone, the company announced it had sold top-grade Class A office complex in Santa Monica, California — and NBJ sister outlet Charlotte Business Journal reported that Northwood bought a mixed-use property in that city for $92.3 million.
