Jeff Ballard, Longtime Publicist for Charlie Sheen, Dies at 64

Publicity executive Jeffrey Ballard, who represented Charlie Sheen for many years through his company Jeff Ballard PR, died Jan. 30 in Santa Monica after a five-year battle with cancer. He was 64. His death was confirmed by his friend Brad Bessey.
