Homeless deterrent, the Blue Chirper, comes to the Promenade

With the homeless crisis showing no signs whatsoever of improving, one popular bar on the Promenade has taken matters into their own hands and installed one of Stephen McMahon’s ingenious Blue Chirper devices.
