Former home of Santa Monica Daily Press office could become housing

An office building in Santa Monica is proposed to be converted into 132 housing units. The development by Lincoln Property Company includes market-rate and affordable housing units. The project would take advantage of state density bonuses and expedited approvals via Senate Bill 330.
