Clearlake Capital To Acquire nThrive's Technology Division

PRNewswire/ -- Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. (together with its affiliates, "Clearlake") today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire  nThrive's Technology Division ("nThrive Technology" or the "Company"),
