Brentwood Medical Tower Gets $43 Million Loan

The Wilshire West Medical Tower in Brentwood has received a $42.5 million refinancing. The 78,702-square-foot medical office building is located at 11645 Wilshire Blvd. and is owned by Boulevard Investment Group.
