Beachbody Merger Finalized, Begins Public Trading

The Beachbody Company Inc., began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 28 after its three-way merger that includes a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) backed by Shaquille O'Neal was approved by stockholders of the SPAC.
