Beaches in the county at Malibu Lagoon at Surfrider Beach, the Santa Monica Pier, Ashland Avenue Storm Drain at Santa Monica Beach, Herondo Street Storm Drain in Hermosa Beach and Mother’s Beach in Marina del Rey also didn’t meet state standards.
