19 tons of raw sewage spilled onto one of Calif.'s busiest beaches

Clear skies and warm days are expected to drive many of Los Angeles County’s 10 million people toward the ocean this weekend — but for two popular beach spots, a sewage spill is stinking up plans for a day on the sand.
